Welcome to Dispatch Tailor. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Services Overview
Dispatch Tailor provides trained Dispatcher services—a hybrid Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator—to help busy professionals manage tasks, organize workflows, and build repeatable systems (Pattern Books).
Our services include:
- Task management and delegation support
- Pattern Book creation and documentation
- Personal and business administrative assistance
- Project coordination and follow-through
2. Service Packages and Pricing
We offer prepaid packages and hourly services:
- Hourly Rate: $90/hour for all Dispatcher services
- Prepaid Packages: Holiday Hero, Pattern Book Starter, Executive Edge (see pricing page for details)
All prices are in USD and subject to change with notice. Prepaid packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Discovery calls and consultations can be scheduled through our website booking system or by contacting us directly. By booking a call or service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Show up on time for scheduled calls or meetings
- Give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session time for prepaid packages.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary information, tools, and systems
- Communicate clearly about tasks, priorities, and expectations
- Respond to Dispatcher inquiries in a reasonable timeframe
- Maintain appropriate and professional conduct
- Pay invoices on time according to agreed payment terms
5. Payment Terms
Prepaid Packages
Prepaid packages must be paid in full before services begin. Unused hours do not expire but cannot be refunded.
Hourly Services
For hourly services, invoices are sent bi-weekly or monthly. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, ACH transfer, or other methods as agreed. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current. A late fee of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue balances.
6. Confidentiality and Data Security
We take your privacy seriously. Our Dispatchers are trained to handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
Confidentiality Agreement: We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
Data Security: We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

7. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to your content, information, and Pattern Books. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to access and use your information solely to provide our services.
Our Materials
All templates, processes, methodologies, and materials provided by Dispatch Tailor remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal or business use but may not resell or redistribute them.
8. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for:
- Errors or omissions in task execution resulting from unclear instructions
- Third-party service failures (email providers, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Losses resulting from delays in communication or system outages
- Professional advice outside our scope (legal, financial, medical, etc.)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatch Tailor's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
Termination by Client
You may terminate services at any time with 14 days' written notice. Prepaid package hours remain available for future use.
Termination by Dispatch Tailor
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payment terms are not met
- Client conduct is inappropriate or abusive
- Services are being used for illegal purposes
In case of termination by us, unused prepaid hours will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue informally. If that is unsuccessful:
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].
Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
13. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dispatch Tailor.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
